The Uranus, also known as the Advents or the Creators and Ouranos were the mysterious beings who, over millions of years manipulated life on Earth to create a powerful species, which resulted in the creation of humans. They were also the original creators of the G-Units.
Nothing is known of their actual physical form; however, it is stated they practically all employed G-units.
It has been theorized they were not a single species, but a conglomeration of many different races. They are members of a interstellar organized body with a central government, which possesses technology so advanced they can move planets across galactic distances at will.
They appear to be at war, considering they created humankind as a biological weapon, but with whom or why they are at war is a mystery.

Archanfel was created by the Advents in all likelihood, somewhere in the realm of 100,000 years ago. He was meant to serve as their general, commanding their armies of Zoanoids as well as his own Zoalord lieutenants in battle against the Advents' enemies.
However, these plans never came to fruition; on the day that they were to leave Earth, having completed their experiments, one of them foolishly decided to test the outcome of bonding one of their - to this point unnamed - armor units to one of their creations.

The first Guyver (labeled "Guyver-0") was the result of experimentation conducted by the Creators eons ago on the effects of the Guyver unit that has successfully bonded with their newly developed weapons. The results were this Unnamed Cro-magnon was 100× stronger than the Advents themselves could become when they equipped the suits, which would have been all well and good if not for one unfortunate fact: the armor newly-developed psonic shielding liberated the host subject from the mental control of not only Archanfel, but the Creators themselves. The newly-created creature turned on the Creators and even destroying one of their ships. The human would not remove the armor when ordered to. The Creators programmed the humans to be telepathically controlled by them and so, as this human would not listen, the bio-booster human was named "Guyver" (a word meaning "out of control" in the Creators' language, though other versions give it as "beyond the norm" and  Bio-Booster Armor guyver gives the meaning as "not to specification") implied to be a curse or an insult in the Advents' language. He was eventually defeated by Archanfel. They gave the 'Unit Remover' (It actually deletes host data from the Control Metal, forcing the Guyver to return to its inactive state. The condition of the human host after being subjected to the Remover's effects is unclear.) to Archanfel who then proceeded to remove the Unit from the human and incinerate him.
The Creators found this unacceptable; everything on Earth had been designed to be controlled by one of their creations, if not directly by them. Even Archanfel, for all his sheer power, was subservient to their will. The idea that Archanfel might come into contact with one of their Units - and hence become a Guyver himself - terrified them.
Even the fact that Archanfel was completely in awe of them - demonstrating something of a cross between reverence for his gods, and love for the only parental figures he had - was not enough to dissuade them from their chosen course of action.
They decided that they would not only end their experiments on Earth, but also destroy the planet itself. Once Archanfel became aware of these plans he acted on his own to stop them. The Advents attempted to stop him, crippling his physical functions and leaving him to drift in space.
Archanfel, driven by his rage, determination to survive, and feelings of betrayal by those who had created him, transformed into his battleform. Concentrating his considerable psionic power, he propelled himself through space and shattered the meteor (originally meant by the Advent to shatter the planet) into innumerable smaller fragments.
Though some of them did manage to penetrate the atmosphere to cause a minor ice-age, this was a far better alternative than what the Advents had planned.
Falling back to Earth, exhausted by the ordeals, Archanfel was found unconscious by the Zoanoids. In their gratitude for this selfless act, they built a temple for him on what would later become his sanctuary island of Silha. There he slept, unaware of the development of civilization on Earth, and the passing of time around him.

GUYVER REBORN

However, the 'Unit Remover' failed to actually deletes host data from the Control Metal, in fact it enhances Cro-magnon DNA, making it genetically superior to it race, genetically perfect specimen. Slowly the unnamed Cro-magnon was regenerated by the Control Metal in Guyver Unit  aboard one of the Advent spacecraftGuyver Unit itself is semi-sentient and can act on its own to a limited extent if its host is unable to direct it. This semi-sentience that prevents the host from disengaging the armor if they have sustained injuries that would prove fatal without the Guyver's protection and ability to rapidly heal from damage.

The reborn Guyver killed the Advents flying the ship he was on, thinking about destroying the Advent spacecraft, the Guyver was surprised that he started understanding the advanced technology around him. His new mind was granted access to incredible knowledge, psionic powers and he gain new immortal body.  He learned about the history of humanity, the purpose of the Guyver and finally about the Advents themselves; and their enemy.  He watches the Advents attempted to stop Archanfel, crippling his physical functions and leaving him to drift in space.

He watches as Archanfel, driven by his rage, determination to survive, transformed into his battleform. Concentrating his considerable psionic power, Archanfel propelled himself through space and shattered the meteor (originally meant by the Advent to shatter the planet Earth) into innumerable smaller fragments.
Though some of them did manage to penetrate the atmosphere to cause a minor ice-age, this was a far better alternative than what the Advents had planned. Archanfel falls back to Earth unconscious.
The unnamed Cro-magnon flies the Advent spacecraft back to Earth after the Advents leave the Solar system. He finds a Earth in  Quaternary glaciation (see Ice age). He knows he can never go back to his old life or tribe, he is different now reborn.
For a time he remained in hibernation on the Advent ship on the moon. Now and again he would  awaken, walk the Earth and thanks to the Advent spacecraft is fully aware of the events that have taken place in his absence.
